Roasted Garlic

Roasted Garlic is used to enrich a wide variety of recipes, but can also be enjoyed on it's own as a savory treat! It's so easy to make your own in an oven or air fryer.

Cook Time 30 minutes mins
Place a whole garlic bulb on a sheet of foil.
Drizzle the garlic with olive oil so that it's lightly coated.
Wrap the foil around the garlic, and place it on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes.
Use hot pads to remove garlic from oven and let rest until it's cool enough to handle.
Peel back the first layers of the skin to expose the individual cloves.
Pull off one clove at a a time and gently squeeze the top, the clove should slip out easily.
More than one bulb can be roasted at a time.
To store Roasted Garlic, coat peeled cloves with olive oil and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
