Roasted Garlic

Roasted Garlic is used to enrich a wide variety of recipes, but can also be enjoyed on it's own as a savory treat! It's so easy to make your own in an oven or air fryer.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bulb Garlic
  • Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Place a whole garlic bulb on a sheet of foil.
  • Drizzle the garlic with olive oil so that it's lightly coated.
  • Wrap the foil around the garlic, and place it on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes.
  • Use hot pads to remove garlic from oven and let rest until it's cool enough to handle.
  • Peel back the first layers of the skin to expose the individual cloves.
  • Pull off one clove at a a time and gently squeeze the top, the clove should slip out easily.

Air Fryer Instructions

  • Follow instructions same as above but set air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Notes

More than one bulb can be roasted at a time.
To store Roasted Garlic, coat peeled cloves with olive oil and keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
