Banana Bread

Use your overly ripe bananas to make this incredibly easy banana bread. Warmed and slathered with butter it's perfect as a snack with coffee or alongside a mimosa brunch!

- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Melted Butter (One stick)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 3/4 C Flour
- 1 1/4 t Cream of Tartar
- 3/4 t Baking Soda
- 1/2 t Salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
Add peeled bananas, sugar, melted butter, and eggs to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Stir the blended ingredients into the dry mixture.
Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let bread cool in the pan before slicing to serve or storing.
